No refunds will be provided for any goods purchased. We do not provide credit for purchases. Item purchased with defects or missing items you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Faulty product? Fret not! Should your product be faulty while still under warranty? Please send it to us. We will verify the problem and if it’s not fixable, we will give you a 1:1 replacement (same item) as long as it is considered a factory defect.
Factory defect: faulty chip, unable to charge etc.
Unfortunately, we will not cover damage done by human error, for instance: liquid damage, dropped device or any damage done by the user.
All warranties can be claimed at any L-One reseller with proof of purchase.
